We are reopening! Yahoooooooo

We are SO excited and relieved to be able to Reopen our doors back to you, our community.

Just the notion of reopening has been a hopeful possibility that we have been working towards since shutdown. This possibility has become a reality because of you. We are eternally grateful and know that this new post-covid era of FH will be the most resilient, joyful and strongest yet! We know you are excited to know the details about when you are able to come back to the gym and what that will look like.

WHEN IS THE GYM OPENING?

  • We are officially opening June 15th for ACTIVE MEMBERS ONLY! Based on Washington’s Safe Start Plan, we are in Phase 1.5 which allows for 1:1 Personal Training only.  Total Number of people in the facility, to include staff, trainers, and clients, will be limited to 30 percent of the facility’s building occupancy (we’re starting at 20%), as determined by the fire code.

NOT PERMITTED (this sucks we know):

  1. High Risk clients are not permitted as part of Phase 2 re-opening. High risk clients include people over the age of 65, people with serious underlying medical conditions like chronic lung disease, moderate to severe asthma and people who are immunocompromised.

  2. No Children allowed in the gym during this time. This one was hard, as we love to see your families, however for capacity, safety, and health reasons we can not allow children in the building right now

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION DURING PHASE 1.5?

  • We hope to be able to allow small group training sessions soon!

WHAT TIMES ARE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?

  • 1:1 Personal training sessions are by appointment only and held Monday-Sunday between 6am-7:30pm depending on FH Coaches availability. FOR ACTIVE FH MEMBERS ONLY.

  • If you’re ready to work with a FH Coach you can view all available 1:1 Private Training sessions and book a session HERE (we will be adding more times each day)!

We know this kind of sucks right now

As much as we are excited to have you us all back in the gym, we know that the limitations of phase 1.5 right now kind of suck. We wish we could offer more at this time and we need to stand by our values of loving on people and lifting up the community. At this time, what that looks like is taking the safety of our staff and community very seriously. This will evolve in phases until eventually we are back to full operations hoping that we’ll be able to lead our small group fitness classes soon.

Serving you all makes our hearts sing, it just might look a little different for the time being while we navigate this unprecedented territory.

Thank you so much for your understanding, for sticking with us and knowing that we will all be together soon.
