Who it’s for

Strength enthusiasts looking for an opportunity to improve overall health and fitness, compete against others in a friendly yet competitive environment, or simply prove to themselves that they have what it takes to succeed in a series of challenging events.

What it does

We are preparing for the Spooky Strength Showdown (formerly known as the Tactical Strength Challenge) on October 26, 2024. We will focus on building strength and endurance in our BB Deadlifts, Pullups, and KB Snatches. This program will prepare athletes by addressing the specific nature of the events contested with a progressive, consistent training protocol that waves volume, density, and intensity while taking into consideration current abilities and foundations of strength.

STRENGTH SQUAD

Here's your game plan:

Join me, Coach Vincent, and your FUELHouse family for this 8-week, 3-days per week program that we’ve used for our athletes and ourselves with great success. This is the most effective training frequency when preparing for the Spooky Strength Showdown otherwise known as the TSC.

A pullup, snatch, or deadlift personal record is awesome, but a personal record during a Strength Challenge is that much better, because it was done when it counted—in front of your peers, having your technique scrutinized, and finally recorded on the walls of FH history.

If you already have a monster deadlift, but lack in the pull-up or snatch department, this program will improve those areas. If you’re awesome at pull-ups, you will find this program increases your deadlift and snatching abilities.

TESTIMONIALS:

I’ve been working with Vincent for a while now and have seen and continue to see incredible results. I am stronger and can do things I didn’t think possible. Vincent is great about making plans that fit my goals and drive results quickly. Not only do I see the results in the gym, I see the results in all my other activities: I’m able to hike further and higher, ski longer, and enhance my ability to do the activities I want to do outside of the gym. Working with Vincent has helped me bounce back from injuries stronger than ever and make unattainable goals more than attainable.- Iman B

Your first payment is a processing fee due at registration and is always nonrefundable and non-transferable. The second payment is processed 4 weeks from your first payment. Cancelation of the second payment is available if a request to cancel is submitted before the payment is processed due to injury or significant life event. In the case of injury, a doctor's note is requested. If you pay in full and then need to drop out we will gladly transfer your payment towards personal training with your Coach within that same calendar year.

Dzuh. Life happens! As a Camp participant, you are able to switch from your primary group to 1:1 Personal Training if you’re finding that you would prefer private coaching. That said, switches are always subject to availability of the FH Coach. You will be responsible for paying the balance to transfer to Personal Training.

If you need to miss a class, we ask that you cancel yourself before the class starts. We are offering “Open Gym” hours for participants to come in and conduct their 3rd training session and any make up sessions.

In addition to your two in-person training sessions per week, we recommend planning for training during open gym and nailing your nutrition with weekly coach check-ins. This is a personal investment in your mental and physical health and is a non-refundable and non-transferable program.

Do you offer payment plan options?

You betcha! We can offer 2-part and 3-part payment plan options. Please email molly@fuelhousegym.com requesting more information!

Meet Coach Vincent

Hailing from three generations of Seattle lineage, Vincent's pursuit of excellence in health and fitness began with those first few steps under the barbell at the ambitious age of 14. Like so many others, Vincent saw the way fitness brought people together. Coaching provided Vincent with an outlet to fulfill his passion for helping others and creating meaningful connections, eventually landing him at FUELhouses’ huge doors in 2022.

When Vincent's not swinging kettlebells you may find him in the kitchen trying nutritious meal prep recipes, out walking on the Burke-Gilman (probably barefoot), or tucked away with a book taking notes in the margins.

Forever a student of strength, Vincent’s next steps include continuing higher physical education, surpassing his limits, and helping others reach their full potential!
