MEET THE FH HEALTH & WELLNESS COLLECTIVE!

A place where members can communicate with healthcare professionals, fitness experts, and nutrition coaches all under the same roof! We’re like the Brady Bunch of Healthcare & Fitness. We are a family of Physical Therapists, a Pelvic Floor Specialist, Structural Medicine, Massage Therapy, Nutrition Coaching, Naturopathic care, Mental Health care and more.

Our ultimate goal: To bridge the gap between the traditional medical model and fitness.

Take care of your body and schedule time with our family of experts today (virtually or in-person)!

Dr. Jill McVey, PT

A licensed athletic trainer and physical therapist, I've worked with nearly every kind of mover, shaker, musician, and athlete you can think of since 2000, with a keen interest in solving the most complex cases out there.

I founded Riot Physical Therapy in 2020 so I could help drive social change through my practice. A sick, poor populace can't participate in democracy, and I am not having that in my community! At Riot, I emphasize teamwork, education, and self-sufficiency while offering a sliding scale payment structure free of the boundaries imposed by private insurance.

Learning to care for your body throughout your lifespan is profoundly interesting and fun -- let's nerd out together!

Dr. Alisha Ghajar, ND

As a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and fitness enthusiast, I love helping people feel their best, in and out of the gym! I’m here to meet you where you’re at and help you reach your goals.

My purpose is to educate and empower as many women as possible to take charge of their own health, and step forward into their next decade stronger and more vital. As a member of The Menopause Society, I help women navigate the transition through perimenopause and menopause with greater ease, optimizing their hormones and setting them up for the best years of their life.

In addition to menopause medicine, I also specialize in functional medicine testing, nutrition, and medically-supported weight loss.

When I’m not working, I’m hanging out with my husband and daughter, lifting weights, hiking, or searching for our next travel adventure.

Julianne Simpson, PT, DPT

Julianne Simpson, PT, DPT is a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist and the owner of Circle Physical Therapy. I help people of all genders improve their pelvic function including pelvic joint or low back pain, urinary or fecal incontinence or urgency, pelvic pain including endometriosis, pain with sex, constipation, hip impingement, issues around pregnancy and post-partum, pudendal neuralgia, and most other pelvic dysfunction. As an orthopedically trained physical therapist, I also enjoy treating pain in the cervical spine, shoulders, knees, and hips. I use a trauma-informed lens when I treat and endeavor to create a safe space for anyone who needs to heal their body. My treatment philosophy is founded on looking for the source of symptoms and empowering my patients by teaching them tools to manage their symptoms. Modalities I frequently use include visceral mobilization, fascially-based treatment, treatments from the Postural Restoration Instiute (PRI), Julie Wiebe, PT, and Movement Systems Impairment (MSI) syndromes. For fun, I enjoy swinging a kettlebell or two at FuelHouse, cycling, surfing, walking my rescue mutt Penny, and spending time with my husband and two kids.

Trevor Hennings, SMS

Hello, my name is Trevor Hennings and I am a Structural Medicine Specialist (SMS) born and raised here in Seattle. With a lifelong passion for exploration, be it climbing mountains or skiing down them I am continually exploring the bounds of my body. I have chosen to connect and support my community by learning Structural Medicine. Through this work, I am given the opportunity to help others and be a resource for healing. I get to observe and facilitate clients reaching personal goals as well as join in on the excitement that comes with realizing that change can happen and healing is possible. For me this is awesome, your health and happiness is what motivates me and I truly cannot wait to work with you.

Amanda Evans, LMHCA

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associated dedicated to helping individuals align mind, body and soul for sustainable holistic well-being. My approach emphasizes self discovery and self awareness, supporting clients in moving through life's challenges with presence and ease.

I work frequently with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and shame. Together, we explore the burdens that hold you back and uncover pathways toward greater authenticity and connection.

In our work, I strive to create a compassionate space where you can not only process difficult emotions but also embrace the fullness of who you are.
