Registration is OPEN for April Small Group Training!

Registration is open for our next round of small groups that launch in April and each one has its own unique focus with progressive programming to get you to reach a specific goal.  

Two common questions that get asked about small groups:

  1. If I am a group class member at FH, do I pay for both my group classes plus a small group?  Not a chance! Your small group registration includes access to all FUELhouse classes. If you are an active group class member we will place your regular membership on hold.

  2. Do I have to be a member of FH to participate in this program?  Heck no! We love it when we have new friends in the HOUSE! Let’s do this!

APRIL 2023 SMALL GROUPS

Simple and Sinister begins April 12th: It’s a minimalism approach to strength training and performance. This simple kettlebell program will make you strong like iron. Kettlebell training has been used to develop strength, power and endurance. It helps build muscle and lose fat. It gives you a health boost. *Meets W+F at 10am!*

FUELed Athlete begins April 11th: The goal of this 8-week program is to prepare you with the strength, stamina, and skills to excel at our 3rd Annual FH Strength Challenge on June 3, 2023. We hone our technique and increase our capacity to perform some of the most fundamental life movements… push, squat, press, run/row, KB Snatch and more. *Meets T+TH at 7am!*

coreSTRONG begins April 6th: An 8-week small group coaching program for postpartum moms who want to build pelvic floor, core, and overall strength so you can safely return to your favorite workouts without pain or pantyliners. *Meets Thursdays at 10:15am!*

Each program includes a 45 min health coaching session with Coach Molly to help you dial in your lifestyle, habits, and nutrition and accelerate your success!
