Register for the FH Strength Challenge!

By popular demand we have added a second option for YOU to participate in our FH Strength Challenge.  For those of you unable to make it to our special event on April 30th, have no fear, we've added a second option for you to test your skills next 

Wednesday, April 27th from 6-7:15pm.   

Remember- your registration earns you +3 points for your team!

 

This is sensational! What do I need to do?

You need to register to reserve your spot for the option that works best for your schedule:

  1. Wednesday, April 27th at 6pm (RSVP HERE)

  2. Saturday, April 30th at 9am (RSVP HERE)

The FH Strength Challenge is based on functional and varied exercises that challenge our strength and endurance. If you're a FH member you've been training for this day!

FH Strength Challenge Events

Event 1: Double Kettlebell Overhead Press - 3 Rep Max Weight
Event 2: Barbell Back Squat - 3 Rep Max Weight
Event 3: Hand Release Push Ups - Max Reps in 2 Minutes
Event 4: 1 Mile Run or 2 Kilometer Row for Time
