FH Strength Challenge Events

  1. Event 1: Double Kettlebell Overhead Press - 3 Rep Max Weight

  2. Event 2: Barbell Back Squat - 3 Rep Max Weight

  3. Event 3: Hand Release Push Ups - Max Reps in 2 Minutes

  4. Event 4: 1 Mile Run or 2 Kilometer Row for Time
