Programming Update

Our group class programming focus is for multiple levels of athletes, and you’ll be choosing loads and paces appropriate for your own level. We just came off a strength tract focused on Deadlift and Pull-ups. Going into December, our goal for our winter programming, is to get you sweating and executing higher reps. Our conditioning is designed to push you on some days and sustain you on others – ultimately it’s up to you how hard you want to work and be able to recognize days where you need to turn your hour into a mobility focus.

We always emphasize movement quality and control. We offer scaled versions of all advanced movements, and you can choose weights and paces appropriate for your level.
