JUNE Class Schedule + Important Dates

We are excited to be heading back to a more normal group class schedule just like in the good ‘ol days. Please see that we have updated early morning class times as well as our evening class times and the addition of some new classes/programs!

JUNE 2021

June 1: Group Foundations *new time* @ 7AM T+Th (sign up)

June 10: RUN CLUB @ 6:30pm in partnership with Frelard Run Club (sign up here)

June 14: FUELhouse presents “The Reset”, a 10-week ‘yoga for the mind’ small group (learn more)

June 18: PRIDE WODs all day for Lambert House - donate here!

June 19: FH 6 YR Anniversary Parking lot party @ 1:30PM (also celebrating Solstice + Juneteenth)

July 17: GirlsGoneRX Seattle @FH (register your team of 3 today)!

June + July Programming will include…

A focus on Front Squats, Thrusters, Swings, and TGUs and prepping for our July 17th GirlGoneRx WOD (have you registered your team of three for this awesome event? Beginners are encouraged!).  We will also test Simple and Sinister and the benchmark "Fustercluck" (from the fall of 2020).
