Benchmark Testing Week: DAY 1

Tomorrow kicks off our Benchmark TEST WEEK!!!

We're testing a series of four workouts that will be completed in our Persist Classes at FUELhouse and at home. Modified benchmark tests will be given for those who want to complete them at home and don’t have all of the necessary equipment. The Benchmark workouts will be released in our FUELhouse Warriors Facebook group, @fuelhousegym IG, and pre-loaded into ZenPlanner.

Performances will be scored and recorded on the scorecards provided to our in-person attendees and in Zen Planner for all students including our Home Warriors. We will have to operate off of the honor system, so please follow the rules and be honest with your scores (mainly so that when you post-test in December, you’ll have a true sense of how you improved).

For those of you who like the competitive side of testing, there will be a leaderboard in Zen Planner. These same Benchmarks will be re-tested in 12 weeks. Afterward, we will acknowledge our top performers as well as additional categories like… best team player (most motivating student), most improved, best Benchmark hair, best Benchmark socks, etc!

Each daily benchmark test will be released the night prior at 5 p.m. Pacific Time. Students will have until the following day at 8 p.m. PT to complete the workout and submit a score. Once the workout closes at 8 p.m. PT, students will not be able to adjust or re-submit a score for that workout.

If you happen to miss one of the testing days, you will have the opportunity to make it up on Friday 9/25 in class. The Benchmark week will commence at 6 am on Monday, Sept 21 at FUELhouse and virtually. Subsequent workouts will be released at 5 p.m. PT on Sept 21, 22, and 23rd.

October and November Group class programming for our in-class PODs (practice sessions of the day) will be designed to optimize your gains for these testing protocols.

Retesting will launch the week of December 7th.

Enjoy Day 1: Deadlifts for Dayz!
