GOAL:
This 12-week strength and conditioning program designed to help you move better, get stronger (physically and mentally), prevent injury, and improve your nutrition. At the end of these 12 weeks, you’ll walk away feeling unstoppable! We'll spend 12 weeks working on your personal power lifts Barbell Back Squat, Bench Press, Barbell Press, and Deadlift skills and strength. This small group format offers individualized guidance, great camaraderie, and a simple roster of movements allowing you time to correct errors and challenge your limits.

Fueled by Iron is led by Strength and Nutrition Coach Tiffany Kelley. Tiff was a college and professional basketball player, who has earned a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and is certified in Strength and Conditioning (NSCA CSCS and NASM PES) and Nutrition (Pn1). She believes that everyone is an athlete, and she has a mission to inspire and empower people through fitness and nutrition.

How it works:
Throughout the 12 weeks, you will receive a done for you training program, weekly motivational and informational emails, and a monthly live zoom call with coach Tiff. You will have unlimited access to coach Tiff, to ask any questions or get feedback.

All communication will be done via email, the True Coach App, our member’s only Facebook group (for those who want to cheer each other on and celebrate successes), and a monthly (optional) Zoom call.

The training program will be split up into 4 phases, 3 weeks per phase. Each week will include prescribed strength, conditioning, and mobility sessions for a total of 4-5 training days per week.

Recommended equipment:
Barbell
Squat Rack
Weight Plates
Weight Bench
Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells (2-3+)
Resistance Bands (2-3)
Pull Up Bar
Medicine Ball

Minimum required equipment:
Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells (2-3 different weights)
Resistance Bands (at least 1, preferably 2-3)

Prerequisites:
Prior experience and understanding of how to properly and safely Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Overhead Press.
