Kathryn Lehner (also known as Lane-er) was born and raised in Chicago, IL. After an epic trip to New Zealand, she found the pacific northwest and fell in love. She is passionate about health and fitness, a lifelong athlete and collegiate swimmer. And, loves helping people feel good in their bodies while moving better and getting stronger. Her background involves a myriad of certifications, with a strong emphasis towards kettlebells.

She strives to make life all about movement and living in a healthy, holistic way. By using various tools, she helps people get stronger and move pain-free while keeping them safe, and having fun. Lehner is constantly seeking to break through her own comfort zone while also guiding others to break through theirs. Life is lived when one is challenged outside what one initially thought possible. She enjoys sharing her passion with others!

Spare time? What's that?

In her free time she enjoys painting, spending time with her dog Pippa, and exploring the outdoors, both in the mountains and participating in any and all water sports.

Strongfirst Instructor Level 2, Functional Movement System 1 and 2, National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, Original Strength, Yoga Tune up, Functional Range Conditioning.
