Coach Vincent’s December Swing Challenge
Accumulate 25,000 kettlebell swings by 2025.
The holidays are stressful. December and "falling off the wagon" now seem to go hand in hand. We eat more, drink more, miss our workouts, and feel terrible about it all. This got me thinking, "How can one stay consistent in the most inconsistent time of the year?
100 kettlebell swings a day came to mind. Simple. Quick. Effective. Get in, get out, get on with it!
GUIDELINES:
- 100 swings daily (10 sets of 10 reps is preferred)
- Take a day off if necessary (keep consecutive days off to a minimum!) - Safety first!
- Can be done before, during, after, or outside of class (honor system)
- 100 swings in 15 minutes or less is a good baseline, 10 minutes or less is a great goal, and 5 minutes or less earns a jump up in bell size AND gets a gold star (yes, I'm serious)
- Check out the board between the two garage walls to track your tally marks!
- 100 swings = 1 tally mark. The goal is 250 tally marks (25,000 swings) by the end of December!
