Member Hold Policy Update
Many of you should have received an email almost 2 weeks ago regarding an update to our membership hold policies. If you didn’t read it or didn’t receive it, this post should be able to do the email justice. The updates were designed to clarify and streamline the process for members who may need to temporarily pause their membership. To review the full details of the updated policy, please visit our website here: Membership Hold Policy. You should have been requested to sign our updated "Terms and Conditions" document in ZenPlanner if you haven't seen this already. This updated policy applies to membership hold requests submitted on and after 11/18/24 (it did not apply to current holds).
We get it, it’s no fun to receive an update to your membership policies. We’re committed to supporting you in every way possible, and this update ensures transparency and flexibility while helping maintain the integrity of our membership options.
Here’s the short of it:
You have 12 weeks per calendar year to be on hold
The first 2 weeks (of the 12) are on us (no charge to go on hold)
Each week after that is $10/week
Exceptions: doing another program at FH + medical/injury (may require doctor’s note)
If the hold needs to be longer than 12 weeks and your reason doesn’t fall into the exceptions category, you have the option to cancel your membership or switch to a 10-class back.
A 30 day notice for cancelling is required when (even when you’re on hold).
The 10-class packs are available only to those who have previously trained with us. Cost is $250 and classes are good for 90 days.
