This is a group nutrition and lifestyle program for women, by women.

Launch Date: May 21st 

Length of Program: 5-Weeks (ends June 18)

When: Weekly ZOOM Group Meetings on Sundays from 8:30-9:15 am PST

$147/person

We will address top concerns when it comes to our hormones and…

  • Cravings

  • Stress

  • Sleep

  • Low Energy

  • Diet

  • Weight (holding extra fat in the abdomen)


My goal as your Coach is to help you:

  • Understand and learn how to eat for your hormones

  • Rock meal prep to save time and relieve stress

  • Pre-plan and navigate social situations, vacations, alcohol, holidays etc.

  • Decrease stress, hunger and cravings

  • Target belly fat and reduce inflammation

  • Increase energy


Weekly focus on our calls will look like:

Week 1: Learn how to track your intake- measure progress with true metrics to get real results

Week 2: Food Prep + Physical Activity goals. We will talk about how to crowd out the culprits (processed foods, sugars, etc) with whole foods, healthy fats, protein and limited carbs and how to optimize your fitness!

Week 3: Sleep/Stress- how this affects us and how we manage it

Week 4: How to Navigate Eating out/Travel/Alcohol

Week 5: Review and next steps.  These 5 weeks are just the initial stepping stones into your new health journey. It takes a minimum of 90 days to truly see and feel results based on your consistency.  Learn how to continue forward either on your own or with extended 1:1 coaching with Molly.


How It Works

Improving your nutrition often requires changing your way of interacting socially, culturally and personally. Food is your most basic reward system because it keeps you alive. It is likely a part of the way you celebrate, come together and sometimes, the way you self-soothe.

If your goal is to change your nutritional habits this goes beyond just changing the food you choose at each meal. It often comes down to changing your life.

Your life is composed of your emotions, your relationships with yourself, with others and with your food. This journey takes time, energy and a lot of practice. That is why you’re here!

When you sign up for The RESET, you have committed to 5 weeks of working on your health with your new group of girlfriends.  You commit to us, we commit to you. When we feel we’re part of something bigger than ourselves, we’re more accountable, collaborative, creative, and supportive—and this will always drive our individual and combined success. #strongertogether


The Process of Success

The process of success looks different for everyone. Like most things in life, there is no “right way” or straight line from here (sitting in your chair, right now, reading this!) to where you want to be.

There will be ups, downs, temptations, small steps back, giant leaps forward and a TON of learning along the way.

I help you find a nutrition program that you can stick to, gain the knowledge and confidence to manage your own nutrition and never fail a “diet” again. I am a real human helping you work through all the obstacles and challenges you encounter when trying to make a change - because I have been through it too!
