MAYhem Team Challenge begins May 8th!

May is a big month at FH! So wipe your calendar clean and get involved!


IMPORTANT DATES

May 8-June 5: Community Team MAYhem

4-Weeks of what looks like competition but remains fun.

This is a time for our members to push themselves harder, forge stronger bonds with their friends and coaches, and give themselves a reason to show up more often. This is our time to shine as individuals but show our support for our teammates.

You will be drafted into one of four “TEAMS” (teams announced by May 7) and compete daily to earn points for consistency. This is our way of pulling some members out of their shell, to improve our individual and combined fitness, and even possibly find a love connection!

We guarantee you will feel happier, more energetic, focused and proud of your accomplishments after participating in our 4-week Teams Challenge!  

STRONGER TOGETHER

In a team setting we’re committing to 4 weeks of working on our individual and combined health.  You commit to us, we commit to you. When we feel we’re part of something bigger than ourselves, we’re more accountable, collaborative, creative, and supportive—and this will always drive our individual and combined success. #strongertogether

We begin May 8th and compete for 4 weeks leading up to our member appreciation week and FH Strength Challenge on June 3rd with a Podium party on June 9.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO:

  • First, clear your calendar and JUST SHOW UP!

  • Earn points for reserving and checking in on ZP for your class/session

  • Your individual attendance goes to your overall team's points. At the end we will recognize our top teams and reward the winning team with a Party!

  • Elevate your fitness by booking a Goal Setting Session and/or by joining a Small Group

WAYS TO EARN POINTS FOR YOUR TEAM:

  • Earn 1 point for every checked-in session at FH (Class, Personal Training, Open Gym, Small Group Training session, Virtual session, Foundations sessions… any session at FH that requires you to RSVP and “check in” via the ZenPlanner app/or gym iPad.)*

  • Earn 5 points by scheduling a Goal Setting session with Molly/Hay/Brian

  • Earn 5 points for signing up for an April/May Small Group

  • Earn 5 points for registering for The RESET: May Nutrition group for women

  • Earn 5 points for registering for our May Simple & Sinister Clinic

  • Earn 5 points for registering for our FH Strength Challenge Event on June 3rd!

  • Earn 5 points for ordering some new FH swag (CLICK HERE TO ORDER)

  • Earn 2 points for submitting a testimonial video to Molly about how the gym has changed your life.

*Coaches are not responsible for checking you in. You must do this on your phone or at the ipad at our front desk!

Event 1: Hand Release Push Ups (Max Reps in 2 Minutes) OR BB Bench Press 1 Rep Max 

Event 2: Barbell Back Squat - 1 Rep Max (Dbl Racked Front Squat, or Goblet Squat)

Event 3: BB OH Press - 1 Rep Max OR Double Kettlebell Overhead Press - 1 Rep Max 

Event 4: 1 mile Run OR 2K Row

Event 5: Simple and Sinister Test

June 5th-June 9th: Member Appreciation Week

June 9th: FH 8 Year Anniversary Party (80's Theme)
