Leary Way NW lane reductions between NW 39th St and 1st Ave NW starting as early as Nov. 1

We wish the context of this email had a sexier spin to it.  In this case, we are just the messenger...

As part of the Ship Canal Water Quality project, there will be intermittently closing two lanes of Leary Way NW, between NW 39th St and 1st Ave NW, as early as Nov. 1 for some soil stabilization work. This closure will be in place through approximately February 2022. They will keep one lane open in each direction and open all four lanes of traffic whenever possible.

This closure will not affect access to our business, although we all should expect some delays during this time so please plan to leave your homes a little bit earlier to plan accordingly.

Below is a map that shows the lane reduction zone and an optional detour for those traveling through the area to help ease congestion.
