You'll learn:
Mindset: Do what's necessary to ensure your safety and the safety of those around you.
Strategies: Avoidance, escape / evade, deescalate, fight.
How an attacker chooses their targets
Developing your intuition
Establishing boundaries
Combatives: Straight punches, palm strikes, elbows, hammerfists, knees, front kick to the groin, kicking from the ground.
Defenses against: Hair grabs, bear hugs, hand over mouth (gag and drag), wrist grabs, and arm pulls.
No experience necessary.
