  • You're worried you lack the physical skills to fight off an attacker?

  • Joining a traditional martial arts gym feels intimidating?

  • You used to train Krav Maga but it's been awhile and you need to refresh your skills?

This workshop is for you!

You'll learn:

  • Mindset: Do what's necessary to ensure your safety and the safety of those around you.

  • Strategies: Avoidance, escape / evade, deescalate, fight.

  • How an attacker chooses their targets

  • Developing your intuition

  • Establishing boundaries

  • Combatives: Straight punches, palm strikes, elbows, hammerfists, knees, front kick to the groin, kicking from the ground.

  • Defenses against: Hair grabs, bear hugs, hand over mouth (gag and drag), wrist grabs, and arm pulls.

No experience necessary.
