Ski + Snowboard Conditioning Class begins November 7th!

Have you felt the chill in the air recently? It's true...WINTER IS COMING!! Which means it's time to prep for ski and snowboard season. The Doctors of Physical Therapy of Upward PT will take you through a circuit-based workout to make sure you hit your best turns this season and are prepped and ready to go once those flakes start hitting the ground.

This six-week program ramps up each week, so you will gradually gain strength, mobility and stamina as you go. As this program is PT led, our focus is on injury prevention, and we will provide any modifications you may need in order to participate.

We will also spend time on specific Q&A at the end of each session to discuss any nagging aches or pains you may be concerned about. Join us in person (space is limited!) or virtually. All levels welcome, from bunny slope to black diamonds.

*If you are a current FH group class member then you automatically have access to this class (included in your membership) and we recommend that you plan to attend the full 6-week session in order to see and feel progress in your training!

**For non-FH members signing up for virtual: minimal equipment is required. As long as you have a couple weights, a mini band, and something to step up/down from (a couch or ottoman works!), you're good to go!

***For non-FH members, In person classes will be held in the expansive space of our generous host, FUELhouse Gym! Upward PT is located adjacent to the gym in the same building, so this location in the best of both worlds!
