OBJECTIVE

Serving you all makes our hearts sing, it just might look a little different for the time being while we navigate this unprecedented territory.  Our mission is to safely and successfully keep our doors open to our community. It will be quite some time before the threat of COVID-19 is gone completely. We will comply with government mandates as information is shared, and will always keep the health and safety of our coaches and members at the forefront. Here are the key points you need to know before arriving at FH.

By entering the gym, you have reviewed and agree to our COVID-19 Assumption of Risk Waiver.

THE HEADLINES

  • A total occupancy limited to 25% of building max determined by fire code (includes staff, trainers & clients).

  • Not permitted: High risk clients who are immunocompromised & children.

  • You must enter FH wearing a face mask.

PROACTIVE SAFETY PROTOCOLS

  • Coaches are trained to stay home if exposed to or exhibit symptoms of COVID-19

  • Coaches have access to and know how to properly wear protective equipment like masks and gloves

  • Coaches will follow the general cleaning guidelines outlined in our 'Reopening Protocol Guidelines'

  • Clients/Members will be required to follow cleaning guidelines during and after a session

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Group Classes- you can reserve your space in class 60 hours in advance via ZenPlanner Member app

  • 24 hour cancellation policy for personal training and 8 hours prior for group classes

  • If you are unable to make your reserved class, you must cancel before 8 hours prior to class so that someone on the waitlist will have enough notice. We are strict on this policy especially during these times: If you fail to unreserve a class, you will be charged a no-show/late cancelation fee of $25.00 + tax.

YOU HAVE YOUR SESSION SCHEDULED, NOW WHAT?

  • Arrive at the gym with only your mask on and a water bottle filled & ready to go.

  • Leave your gym bag at home/in the car and please arrive already wearing your training clothes

  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to your group class to complete the 'Check-In Protocol' and either remove your 'outside' shoes or put on your gym shoes. To be early is to be on time. To be on time is to be late. To be late is unacceptable during our Covid-19 protocol.

  • Our front door opens 10 minutes prior to your group class and 3 minutes prior to private training sessions.  Walk toward the front desk led by our distancing markers

  1. Step 1: A Coach will sign you in, take your temperature and ask a series of questions for our health screen.

  2. Step 2: If your temp is 100.3 or more, you will be asked to leave. If below 100.3, temp you will be required to wash your hands before you approach your 8' enclosed training station. When standing in the center of your station you will be distanced a min of 12'' from another student in group classes. Please

  3. Step 3: All clients will wash their hands or use provided hand sanitizer upon entrance to the facility and prior to entering the training floor.

  4. Step 4: Grab your equipment and place in your designated circle before class begins. If you need to modify your equipment during class, please ask your Coach to retrieve it for you Bathroom break? Please follow the CDC guidelines listed outside of each bathroom (put your mask on)!

ALL DONE AND SWEATY? GOOD! NOW WE SANITIZE!

  • Place equipment just outside of your training circle and spray down all equipment with the provided disinfectants.

  • Return equipment to its proper home for the next class to access.

  • The Coach will prop open the door to exit (if not propped open already). Please wait for them to do so.

  • On the way out, please use the provided hand sanitizer at the exit.

  • Please do not congregate. Exit immediately where you are free to chat with your gym buddies in our parking lot or next door at PIM Coffee! Coaches will then spring into action for their part in the cleaning protocol, so please make your way outside asap and once class is complete. They are responsible for thoroughly cleaning the equipment, all handles, bathrooms and anything you may have touched. This may seem redundant, but we don't want to skimp on the cleanliness and safety of our shared space. We so want to chat with you, but we need time to clean and air out the space!

Overwhelmed by all the rules? We get it, so are we! That said, we take the safety of our staff and community very seriously and want to navigate reopening as safely and smartly as possible. We’re in this together so please don’t hesitate to ask questions or talk to us as we traverse this ‘Covid-Life’ together!

Thank you so much for your understanding,

FH Team
