Get ready for an EPIC month at the HOUSE!   

Our focus this month is all about getting our entire membership excited for our 1st Annual FUELhouse Games starting March 18th. And yes, you guessed it, the FUN COMMITTEE is baaack and that means Friday night Happy Hour ZOOM Trivia, themed "Fun" weeks, attendance and bingo challenges, t-shirts, and so much more.  We'll be dividing our entire virtual and in-person membership into 4 teams. This is open to all Personal Training clients too!  We have so much to look forward to this month!  More details will be revealed next week about our FH Open so for now enjoy this juicy read!

BOOK A SKILL SESSION

Need to tune up a movement we use in class? TGU got you stumped? Deadlift stalled? Swings making your head explode? Or are you needing to help press reset and come up with a new plan to help you re-prioritize your fitness goals. This is the perfect 30 min session with a coach to come up with the right game plan for you or to help you hone your technique, learn modifications specific for you, and leave with homework and a plan that will help you continue to improve.

When you register, please include the Skill or topic that you would like to work on/discuss and we will match you with the appropriate Coach!

MEMBER HUB

We've made some recent updates to our Group Class schedule for both in-person and virtual members.  We've also created our "Member Hub" on our website. Please take a moment to watch this video so you are informed of these additions!

ADD PERSONAL TRAINING OR NUTRITION COACHING TO YOUR 2021 ROUTINE

We're big fans of PT AND NUTRITION COACHING for a variety of reasons - you get personalized coaching and cues from a FH Coach who supports YOUR individual goals. We offer 30 and 60-minute Personal Training sessions in order to fit a variety of schedules and budgets! Want to learn more? GIVE IT A GOOD "COLLEGE TRY"

If nothing is holding you back from training onsite at FUELhouse other than not wanting to wear a mask while sweating PLEASE READ THIS!  More and more of our friends who initially resisted wanting to workout while wearing a mask are now giving it a good college try and realizing its not so bad.  If you are on hold or unsure about training onsite but would be curious giving it a try please reach out to Molly, Hayley, or Brian and we'd love to add you to a class so you can get a feel of the landscape before fully committing to coming back.  We get it. These are such strange times and we want you to feel comfortable and safe if you are ready to come back!

Foundations is the perfect place to both learn our movement standards and make some new friends before transitioning into ongoing private/partner training or regular classes. Taught by one of our certified StrongFirst Coaches, these classes are for first-timers and those with minimal hardstyle kettlebell, barbell, and functional fitness experience.
