Either you never touched the barbell or attempted to hang from a pull-up bar, or you dabbled in the past or you're a regular wanting fresh eyes on you! Let's dial in your deadlift and pull-up technique. If you are starting from 0 then this is definitely for you! This is all about setting baselines and finding what works for your body mechanics!
