CLASS SCHEDULE UPDATE

  1. Starting Monday, October 5th we have moved our M&W evening classes to 5 pm and 6:30 pm to accommodate those with nutso work schedules!

  2. We've also increased attendance in prime time am & pm classes!

  3. Thank you for showing up 10min early to classes!

SNOWSTRONG IS BACK on Wednesdays:

This is our seasonal Athletic Conditioning class. Here we focus on eccentric leg strength, leg lactate tolerance, and core strength. This programming is very similar to what is used for professional FreeSkiers, snowboarders, Backcountry, and Alpine enthusiasts.

Intense, focused, effective based on the effort YOU give to this one hour.

This unique class is designed to benefit EVERYONE - whether your goal is to improve as a runner, a lifter, a cyclist, a skier, or just want to heal nagging injuries. We use lighter weights, explosive movements, and exercises inspired by sport-specific prehab and rehab specialists to improve posture and build bulletproof ankles, knees, hips, core, and shoulders. Plan to be sore in your Bunz and quads and get very metabolic!
