FUEL YOUR FIRE 50-DAY MISSION

DAY 1 is Tuesday, October 6th

DAY 50 is Wednesday, November 25th

We finish the day before Thanksgiving!

Hey, FUELHOUSE! We get it. 2020 has handed it to us. While you may just want to call this year a loss and try again in January, we're not going to let you give up that easily. Our job is to support you and hold you accountable when it comes to your health & fitness goals - so, we're bringing you the #FYF50 Mission, inspired by the #75HardChallenge that Molly, Brian, Tiff, and Dre are currently doing.

This IS NOT A FITNESS PROGRAM.

This IS A TRANSFORMATIVE MENTAL TOUGHNESS PROGRAM. 

Physical transformations that occur are just the by-product of the mental transformations you will make!   To master mental toughness & develop the skills needed to take complete control of your life & be successful in anything you do it takes confidence grit belief in yourself fortitude. endurance perseverance a willingness to win  These are skills you can develop ... IF you choose to commit to making changes & following through on what you say.

THE RULES (Between Oct 6- Nov 25)

1. Get in two 45min workouts/day for 50 days (Ex: A day could consist of a FH class and 45 min of walking, walk/jog, row, pilates, yoga, mobility, bike).

2. Drink half your body weight in oz of water up to a gallon of water

3. Read 10 pages a day of nonfiction

4. Follow a "diet"... general guidelines provided by Tiff

5. Avoid sugar/alcohol/artificial ingredients

6. Take a progress photo every day (keep to yourself for encouragement)

This is a mental challenge. It is not a physical challenge or a weight loss challenge. Accomplishing the list (with mindfulness as a bonus) each day is the goal. 

EXTRAS:

OCT 11: All-Member Q&A session virtually on Sunday, 10/11 at 11 am to help people get focused, crush the remaining days left in the year, and exceed whatever expectations you have for the rest of this year. This will be co-hosted by Molly, Tiff, Brian, Dre. DID SOMEONE SAY PRIZES? The prize is accomplishing FYF50. But don’t be surprised if we throw something special your way of getting through all 50days!!!

OCT 20: VIRTUAL CLINIC @ 4 pm: How to cultivate a warrior mindset and build resilience to navigate hard things!

COMMIT

1. I REALIZE THAT I WILL BE COMPETING AGAINST MYSELF.

2. I REALIZE THAT I AM IN COMPLETE CONTROL OF ME AND HOW I CHOOSE TO MANAGE MYSELF.

3. I REALIZE THIS IS HARD FOR EVERYBODY AND THAT CONSISTENTLY SHOWING UP, PLANNING AHEAD, AND ENVISIONING A STRONG OUTCOME IS MY DUTY.

4. I REALIZE THIS IS A MENTAL TOUGHNESS CHALLENGE AND NOT A WEIGHT LOSS/FITNESS CHALLENGE. HOWEVER, IF I FOLLOW THE RULES I WILL SEE GREAT PHYSICAL RESULTS AS A SIDE EFFECT. Are there physical changes? Yes! But trust us when we say the physical changes you see on the outside are a FRACTION of the results you can earn by completing FYF50.

5. I REALIZE THAT MY DAILY SCORE IS BASED ON AN HONOR SYSTEM. Please use a scorecard to cross off your daily tasks.

6. IF I MISS ONE OF MY DAILY TASKS THEN I HAVE TO START OVER.

7. Once you reach DAY 50 you may realize you want to keep going. We are here to support you because your FH Teammates have already committed to #75HARD by Andy Frisella.

The mental changes are 100x greater than the physical changes.

When you register you will receive your scorecard via email to print and post on your fridge!
