Carmelized Onion and Mushroom Burger on @outeraislegourmet Thins

Ok these @outeraislegourmet thins are LEGIT. For a lower carb burger option these cauliflower thins are the ticket🙌⠀

Ingredients⠀
* 2 lbs ground bison⠀⠀
* 1 package of @outeraislegourmet thins⠀⠀
* 1 onion⠀⠀
* Garlic⠀⠀
* Primal Kitchen Garlic Aioli Mayo⠀⠀
* 16 oz sliced Mixed Variety Mushrooms (shitake, oyster, baby bella)⠀⠀
* Gouda or Jack or other mild variety cheese that melts well⠀⠀
* Monterey Steak Seasoning⠀⠀
* Salt and Fresh Black Pepper⠀⠀
* 2-3 tbsp olive oil⠀⠀
* Arugula for building burgers!⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Instructions⠀
1. Warm olive oil and/butter in a large saute pan on medium low heat. Add lots of garlic. Peel and slice onions into long, thin slices. Drop all of the onions into the pan, add salt and pepper to taste and toss to coat all of the onions in the oil and butter. Add mushrooms. Let everything caramelize and transfer to plate and set aside under heat lamp.⠀⠀

2. Mix ground beef and Monterey Steak Seasoning together in a large bowl with fork. Shape the beef into hamburger patties.⠀⠀

3. In same sauté pan add burger patties. About 4 min per side depending on thickness. Add cheese towards the last minute so it can melt. Place Cauliflower thins in toaster to warm.⠀⠀

4. Spread Garlic Aioli on cauliflower thins.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
5. Build burgers with lettuce, burger, sliced Gouda/Jack, caramelized onions and mushrooms.⠀⠀

6. Option to add avocado/tomato⠀⠀
⠀⠀
7. Serve with Terra chips
