3/30 Challenge

WHY DO THE 3/30 CHALLENGE?

What would it feel like to wake up every day for 30 days in a row and complete some self love without fail?

We can tell you from experience if feels pretty damn epic!

Do you thrive on setting goals for yourself? Does the idea of a community event make you feel motivated? Are you looking for a little more accountability? Maybe you have been looking to add some more movement or mindfulness to your days but are worried that if you add too much too fast you might burn out or quit. Or perhaps you are interested to learn more about how to establish a daily routine, what it is supposed to feel like, and ultimately spend a little more time building your growth mindset.

Any of these could be good reasons to jump on board with this challenge.

We made this challenge attainable for all to accomplish. It will take a little planning but nothing too intense.

THE DEETS:

We begin on August 8th!

We have picked your first two commitments and you get to choose your third!

Ideas on how to make this challenge really fun…

  • Find a buddy in or outside of FUELhouse and share your commitments

  • Send a screen shot every night to your buddy or post on IG of each day you complete your commitments

  • Start your own group of friends at the gym and begin a group accountability text

  • Plan your commitments and block them off on your calendar

  • Download the Steps app and set a daily step goal for your move commitment

  • Download a hydration app with your daily goal

  • Print off your scorecard or save to your phone to mark off every day you complete your commitments

  • Get the whole family involved!
