December Holiday Challenge

2023 BINGO + ATTENDANCE CHALLENGE

Once again we are launching our annual holiday challenge to help you stay motivated through the season. You must be an “active” member to participate. If you are on hold and would like to be a part of this challenge just email us and we’ll hook you up!

You can choose to do both, ATTENDANCE Challenge + BINGO Challenge, listed below, or pick one and commit!

At FH, we want to help you reach your health and fitness goals whether you want to achieve Simple & Sinister, crush some strength PRs, increase lean muscle mass, increase energy, or run a faster 5k, etc. That’s our mission, and our coaches show up every day to help you make it happen.

One key aspect serves as the linchpin for your success – consistency.

With only one to two workouts per week, it’s nearly impossible to see progress towards your fitness goals even if your nutrition is perfect, and you’re giving it your all in the gym. You should at least be aiming for 3-4 workouts per week to see noticeable change. In fact, if you attend four or five classes per week for three months and follow our nutrition guidelines, we guarantee you’ll see results.

Consistency gets even harder in December. The cold mornings make it tough to get out of bed. There’s an extra pull to spend time with family around the holidays. We want to see you in the month of December because mentally the holidays can be hard and moving together can be the link needed to thrive.

We want to help keep you on track this December so we’re kicking off two challenges. You can pick one or commit to both.

HOW TO WIN:

We are recognizing top-performing individuals for both challenges!

ATTENDANCE WINNERS: We are recognizing virtual members and an in-person group class members! The top 3 members with the most in-person OR virtual attendances between December 1-31 will each win a $50 credit towards their next months dues! All you have to do is register for classes in ZenPlanner, check-in, and show up. Your goal is to show up to as many classes in December as possible!

BINGO WINNER: To be eligible to win the Bingo Challenge you must turn in your card to FUELhouse on or before Jan 6. If you get TWO bingos (2 sets of 5 connecting squares) you will receive a 45 min Nutrition/Lifestyle/Habits Coaching session with Coach Mol and if you get a Blackout you will be entered into our raffle to win one Month of Unlimited Group Classes PLUS a 45 min Nutrition/Lifestyle/Habits Coaching session with Coach Mol (we will recognize 3 members)!

#1: ATTENDANCE CHALLENGE Dec 1-31:

  • When does it start? December 1st.

  • When does it end? December 31

  • When will you announce the winner? January 9th.

  • What do I have to do to enter? “REGISTER” for classes in ZP BUT also make sure to select “CHECK-IN” and just show up to class like normal. All classes carry equal weight.

  • Can I attend multiple classes on the same day? Sure – that will count as additional attendance points! But you can only get credit as an in-person OR virtual member.

#2: BINGO CHALLENGE Dec 1-31:

  1. Print off our December bingo sheet (see below). Write your name at the bottom and tape to your fridge! When posting pics use tags: @fuelhousegym #fhbingo2023

  2. Study and work to complete by Dec 31 to be eligible for prizes! Keep track of your progress on your own. When posting pics use tags: @fuelhousegym #fhbingo2023

  3. Turn in your sheet on or before Jan. 6th if you have: *2 bingos (2 sets of 5 connecting squares) OR **Blackout (all squares checked off).

  4. For any square that asks you to post on social media/send a video, the private FB group for our gym counts! (FUELhouse Gym Members Only). 45 sec. video testimonials can also be texted or emailed to Molly (please include your name).
