Small Group Personal Training: Your Questions Answered...
We've been receiving a lot of questions regarding our Small Group Personal Training Squads, so we wanted to give you the FAQS.
Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) is our version of one-on-one personal training, but better. Traditional personal training costs upwards of $120 per hour in WA State. And at that price point, it’s hard to train frequently enough to get the best results.
At FH, our small group approach offers you all the benefits of individualized coaching, but for a fraction of the cost (as low as $42/session) and with way more scheduling flexibility because we host multiple squads all throughout the week at various times to best fit your schedule. Whether you need individualized coaching to work around nagging injuries or simply want the very best stimulus for building muscle and burning fat, small group personal training is the fastest path to your goals.
Choosing a fitness regimen is a big decision so we want to make sure that small group training will be the right fit for you before you sign up :)
FAQ’s
How Many Days Is Small Group Personal Training?
You are expected to meet 2x/week in your Small Group Personal Training Squad and train an additional day following your program onsite at FH during Open Gym Hours or at your home gym. You get full access to all FH Group Classes during your program, including yoga and now Personalized Health Coaching with Coach Molly!! Small Group Personal Training Squads meet for 8 weeks. A couple times a year we may run a 10/12-week Squad.
How Long Is Each Workout?
Each workout takes about an hour to complete. The first week typically takes a little longer since the exercises are new, but that can be remedied by simply looking over the program the night before!
Who Is The Program For?
Humans seeking great results, who value general health, mobility, functionality, and injury prevention.
Small Group Training is efficient and effective from a results standpoint by putting together total body workouts that provide a lot of "bang-for-your-buck". We knew that most people just didn't have time to workout 5, 6, or even 7 days a week doing body part workouts so we made it so that training could be condensed to 2, 3, or 4 days per week. Not to mention this is the budget friendly solution to 1:1 private personal training!
Not only that, but we wanted to make sure that we included a full warm-up, cool-down, and an array of multi-planar, functional movements that would help with mobility, injury prevention, and overall functionality and health. Strength and muscle gains are great, but feeling good and moving well are invaluable! What If I have Questions?
We love questions! That's a sign that you're taking the training seriously. During your program we answer any and all questions through the TrueCoach app as well as via text. We answer every single question. We make sure that everyone knows the rationale and theme behind our small group training programs. Feel free to email Coach Molly at molly@fuelhousegym.com

Sexy Logistics
Please read these frequently asked questions about your journey and acknowledge you understand each policy before registering.
What happens if I need to drop out?
Your first payment is a processing fee due at registration and is always nonrefundable and non-transferable. The second payment is processed 4 weeks from your first payment. Cancelation of the second payment is available if a request to cancel is submitted before the payment is processed due to injury or significant life event. In the case of injury, a doctor's note is requested. If you pay in full and then need to drop out we will gladly transfer your payment towards a future FH camp, personal training or group class membership within that same calendar year.
Can I switch to Private Personal Training?
Dzuh. Life happens! As a Camp participant, you are able to switch from your primary group to 1:1 Personal Training if you’re finding that you would prefer private coaching. That said, switches are always subject to availability of the FH Coach. You will be responsible for paying the balance to transfer to Personal Training.
What if I have to miss class?
If you need to miss a class, we ask that you cancel yourself before the class starts. We are offering “Open Gym” hours for participants to come in and conduct their 3rd training session and any make up sessions.
In addition to your two in-person training sessions per week, we recommend planning for training during open gym and nailing your nutrition with weekly coach check-ins. This is a personal investment in your mental and physical health and is a non-refundable and non-transferable program.
