Well, now your small group investment includes:

  • all group classes at FUELhouse outside of your small group meeting time

  • personalized accountability coaching with Coach Molly to help you sustain — transformational change in your relationship with fitness! Holistic support and goal setting in all areas of fitness: exercise, nutrition, recovery, and mindset!

What the Heck is “Small Group Personal Training”?

For those of you new-ish to FH, Small Group Personal Training Squads are comprehensive training groups made up of 8 epic humans, with similar goals and desires, all working towards an end goal! You are a team of 8 led by TWO coaches, your on-site personal fitness Coach and your health Coach!

Over eight weeks, you’ll train with your small group and receive in-depth health coaching to provide a basis to get in the VERY BEST shape of your life.

We’ll also give you an immersive education to finally sort through the myths and confusing messages about health and fitness. We’ll teach you what actually works, and help you figure out how to apply it to your lifestyle and preferences through holistic habit-based coaching.

In Small Groups Training Squads we take action.

You may be asking if this REALLY works. And that’s a fair question. This is a big commitment.
