At FH, we are thrilled to introduce our Minimum Viable Practice 30-Day Challenge, designed to help you achieve your goals, develop new habits, and make lasting positive changes in your life.

What is the Minimum Viable Practice (MVP) 30-Day Challenge?

The MVP Challenge is a unique program that emphasizes the power of small, consistent actions. We believe that big transformations often start with minimal steps, and that's what our challenge is all about. By committing to a minimum viable practice in your fitness, you can make substantial progress in just 30 days.

Why should you participate?

Achievable Goals: Our challenge focuses on setting small, achievable goals that are tailored to your fitness needs. This makes it easy to stay on track and build momentum and consistency during the last days of 2023.

Form Healthy Habits: Whether you want to improve your fitness, sleep, nutrition, the MVP Challenge will help you establish lasting, positive habits.

Support and Accountability: Joining our challenge means you'll be part of a supportive community of like-minded individuals. We'll provide guidance, tips, and encouragement throughout the 30 days to keep you motivated.

Prizes and Recognition: Exciting prizes await those who complete the challenge, and we'll celebrate your success along the way. We will be recognizing the top 10 FH Members with the most attendance in November and gifting our top 3 performers, Amazon gift cards!

How to get started:

1. Sign up for the MVP 30-Day Challenge here. The cost is FREE. By signing up that means you are committing to putting YOU first and it shows us that you are wanting to receive additional support/motivation from your coaches!

2. Look at your calendar and decide the bare minimum of FH classes/open gym sessions you can commit to per week for the month of November. Block out those times on your calendar so you stay focused and committing to moving your body with us! Anything extra is a bonus and puts you in the running for prizes!

3. No Show and Late Cancellation fees will be waived in November!

4. We're giving Hayley a break from posting our daily WODs and bringing back the element of surprise. Sometimes posting the workout in advance can actually discourage some people. When someone sees an exercise they don't like/unable to perform they get discouraged and end up not coming to a workout. We want to reinforce positive and encouraging behavior and remind you that you have so many options when you show up for FH classes. Modifying/replacing different exercises that work better for your body IS ALWAYS AN OPTION!

5. (Optional) Share your journey with the community by posting a picture of your calendar with blocked out FH Classes and using our designated hashtag and showing: #MVPFHChallenge2023.

6. Just show up, we got you!!!

Molly and the team will be providing support calls through the month of November and cover topics like: "How do I stay on track when traveling for the holidays", "How do I get in my fitness when I cannot access a gym", "How to navigate social situations and still see results" and more!
