Jess Mullen, MS, RD, Certified Running Coach, has a passion for long-distance running. Jess has run more than 50 100-mile races and even more 50-milers, which has given her a lot of opportunities to figure out what works and what doesn’t. Jess has learned how to maximize her ability to burn fat and minimize stomach distress during long events. But even more than that, logging all those miles has provided a window into the power, and the pitfalls, of our minds.
