March + April Programming Overview

Our May Strength Challenge is coming, and our programming is designed to help you peak for it!

  • FUELstrong (M/W/F): Focuses on military press, bench press, back squat, and front squat through progressive two-week strength blocks, leading up to our Strength Challenge on May 3rd.

  • Friday Night Lifts & Barbell Pump: Deep dives into one of the four key lifts with extra emphasis on setup, technique, and execution.

  • Kettlebell/Bodyweight (Tu/Th): Emphasizes Simple & Sinister + Goblet Squat practice, alongside Beast Tamer drills to refine movement quality and address imbalances.

  • Gym Class Heroes: Inspired by FUELHouse Coach Classics, featuring workouts like: ‘Train with Payne’ (Kari), ‘Rabbits Delight’ (Mols), ‘I Go, You Go, We Go’ (Hayley), and ‘Alpine Conditioning’ (Kyle).
