Getting strong isn’t something to be done just for the sake of being strong. Firstly, as with anything you embark on in life, you need to have a “why”. That might be training for a bodybuilding or powerlifting competition or a marathon or it might be being strong enough to undertake daily tasks with ease and to have enough strength to lift the kids into bed, carry bags of soil to the garden or change a car tire.
