Bike Smart Clinics: FEB 27 & MAR 6

Are old injuries keeping you off the saddle? Do you dream of tackling longer rides this summer but your muscles keep protesting? Ever wanted to make a slight adjustment to your fit but felt intimidated about where to start? Fret no more! Range Cycles and the fabulous Dr. Jenny Iyo, DPT of Upward Physical Therapy have joined forces to offer a 2-part class on dynamic stretching, proper bike posture, technique and basic home-fitting guidance.

  1. Session One 2/27: Join us for a fun, circuit style workout where you will learn dynamic warm up stretches, strengthening exercises and static stretches tailored to bikers! Class will include a short lecture on proper bike fit/positioning for injury prevention.

  2. Session Two 3/6: We'll do a second circuit style workout where you will learn more dynamic warm up stretches, strengthening exercises and static stretches tailored to bikers! Class will include a short lecture on proper posture and pedaling technique for biking.

Sign up for Session One, Session Two, or both! Spaces are limited--Max 30 people per session

Wear: Comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers

Bring: Waterbottle, yoga mat if you have one

Cost: $20 suggested donation per session

Bike Parking: Bring your bike inside the gym--there will be plenty of wall space to lean on
