Barbell Clean + Pull-Up Clinic

You, the members, asked for it and now you get it!

Whether you're brand new to the world of strength training and want to learn the basics, have some experience but want to hone your skill in all things barbell clean and pull-up, or simply want a review of the best way to get heavy things from the floor to your shoulders, this clinic is for you and will give you a taste of how to clean up your clean and come up with a pull-up plan based on your body.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Attendees will learn the proper gross mechanics necessary to safely perform the barbell clean and pull-ups. Coaches, Kari and Patrick, will address movement patterns, reviewing skills and drills to ensure you're optimizing each movement, whether your goal is to build strength in the clean and your pull-ups or simply use these movements as a tool in your own training.

You'll leave with greater confidence in how to clean a barbell and a renewed understanding of and appreciation for the technicality, precision, and beauty of executing perfect pull-ups.
