EVENT TIMELINE:

9:00am: Doors Open + Check-In

9:30am: Group Debrief + Group Warmup + Group Photo

10:00am: Events begin. Standards will be read prior to each event. Compete in all or just one event.

  • Event 1: Barbell Back Squat - 3 Rep Max

    (Dbl Racked Front Squat, or Goblet Squat)

  • Event 2: BB OH Press - 3 Rep Max

    (Double Kettlebell Overhead Press)

    • Alt: Bench Press

  • Event 3: 1 mile Run OR 2K Row
