I’ll provide you with a personalized plan. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all equations and calculations. I take an abundance of factors into account when creating and adjusting your program to ensure that it actually makes sense for your body, goals, lifestyle, and preferences.

I get to know you. Everyone deals with different circumstances—from vacations to stressful work presentations to chasing kids (or dogs) around, your situation is unique and requires unique suggestions and strategies to actually follow through (and spoiler alert: follow through is the name of the game when it comes to reaching any health goal).

I’ll hold you accountable through weekly check-ins, unlimited messages, and monthly video calls (if you want ‘em!) to make sure you’re following through with your plan.

I don’t believe in perfection because I'm a real person, too! I meet you where you’re at—whether you’ve been tracking macros for a hot minute or you’re new to the nutrition game—and set goals based on what you need to focus on for maximal results.
