I took some classes last week at other gyms. I love your facility and what you’re doing with COVID precautions. You’re definitely doing the most! -Erin, Potential New FUELer

We are writing to you as an update on how it’s going and what to expect as we are continuously working to adapt to our ever-changing environment this year. Since our 180 shift on March 15th to #allthingsvirtual and reopening our doors to our new facility on June 22nd we have been slowly but surely returning to some normalcy! We have welcomed many of you back (with open arms and big smiles because we are SO happy to see all of your faces again) and have gotten back into a nice routine and the swing of things;)

We are continuously evaluating and assessing our situation, ensuring we are offering everything we can to YOU, our members, from personal training, nutrition coaching, online programs to virtual training solutions and so much more.

With that said, we wanted to remind our members how IMPORTANT it is to continue staying safe by referring to our COVID protocol. We understand that at times things like masks can be frustrating however, it’s what is keeping you, your fellow athletes, and our staff safe.

Below outlines our not-sexy-but-necessary protocol that will continue for the foreseeable future:

  • Seriously. Just show up 10 MINUTES EARLY TO YOUR CLASS. Not 9 or 7 min before. We’ve asked this of everyone so many times and this goes for our ZOOM participants too. This is our requirement during Covid-19. We have so many moving parts that need to happen in order to make class execute on time and it’s just plain disrespectful to your fellow athletes and our Coaching staff. If you have a “situation” please let us know in advance and make sure you’ve studied the POD of the day (listed on FB/IG) so you know what equipment to gather for your workout. #justadultandbeontime

  • Wear your mask throughout the whole facility. Once you are in your personal designated training circle, you can remove your mask. When you are retrieving equipment or cleaning products or moving through different areas of your room during your class - mask up!

  • No lingering. We’re so sorry. We want to hang and chat but we MUST CLEAN. Thank you for respecting our Coach’s time knowing that we are working harder and longer than ever to keep our space safe for you and your buddies.

  • Thoroughly wipe down all equipment and your fitness area after use.

  • Be mindful of your fellow athletes/members. Everyone has been impacted differently by this pandemic, so please be respectful and continue to follow our protocol. 

  • Class reservations open up 60Hours prior to class and all AM classes have an 8-hour cancelation window.

  • If you have any concerns do not hesitate to reach out to Brian, Molly, or Hayley!

As we move forward through these times we are optimistic that we will ALL weather this pandemic and come out stronger than before. Our increased visits and many full classes remind us how important this place is to everyone and we want to continue to operate to our fullest capacity to keep the overall health and wellness of our community THRIVING! 

The amount of thanks and gratitude we have towards all of you, our members, clients, and new guests is hard to put into words! We appreciate all your efforts in helping keep FH a safe space to get your fitness on! The energy and support that YOU bring keeps us going and we are very blessed to coach you daily regardless if you are with us in the flesh or virtually.
