Giving Thanks

Thank You.

It’s a simple message, and as we head into the holiday season, on a day known across the United States as Thanksgiving, it’s so obvious that it can easily be taken for granted; overlooked. For FUELhouse and our broader community, THANK YOU has a special meaning in 2022.

It’s been a tumultuous few years to say the least: A global pandemic brought unimaginable loss, financial uncertainty, moving our gym in-between two lockdowns, and rebuilding our programs from scratch.

Through it all, our community has come together as one, showing up for us and for each other in myriad, incredible ways. Together, we have been able to sponsor members who have lost their jobs so they can keep moving with us, we've hosted virtual events and challenges to keep us connected throughout the last 3 years, we’ve fundraised with incredible enthusiasm for some great causes, all while toppling and re-setting countless PRs. Most importantly, our staff and membership continue to step up in a whole new way by supporting each other on our shared journey to make fitness a focal point of our lives while facing our own personal daunting battles outside the gym. Because of YOU, Because of US, we have made profound breakthroughs in our physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing during what one could say has been the hardest times of our lives.

With that in mind, the end of November officially kicks off the 2022 FUELhouse Season of Community. For the month of December will be leading our epic membership through our signature Holiday Bingo + Attendance Challenge and all details will be shared on Monday, November 29th 7am PST on ZOOM with Coach Molly (RSVP HERE).  This will be recorded and posted on our blog and in our Facebook group.  We promise, you do not want to miss out on this epic time of year with us.

Looking ahead to 2023, we have so many exciting things in store that we can’t wait to announce. There’s more demand than ever for our programs, and we’re opening up the floodgates to empower more and more humans to join the FH community.

Until then, we wish you the happiest and healthiest of Thanksgivings, surrounded by the people you hold dear. And, we hope you’ll take a moment to breathe deep, acknowledge yourselves and the incredible difference you’ve made in the our lives of others in our community.

We love you family,

XO, Molly and your FH Team
